# RecruitCoach.ai

> RecruitCoach.ai coaches recruiters on their recorded phone calls and writes each call up for the CRM/ATS. It is a division of RecruitTool.ai, built and developed by a recruiter inside a working recruiting firm.

RecruitCoach.ai is for any recruiting firm, from one person to thousands of recruiters, in any industry; each firm's install is tuned to its desks at setup. It was built and proven on skilled-trades desks, such as welding and manufacturing.

**What it does**

- Recorded screens are picked up from RingCentral. No bot joins the call and there is no upload step.
- It drafts a labeled candidate profile, a conversation summary, and action items for each call.
- Nothing is written to the CRM/ATS until a person approves selected, non-empty values.
- Approval can write selected contact fields, a structured activity, and a Check References activity into your CRM/ATS.
- The Recordings Library searches screened calls by name, phone, or transcript text and replays the audio.

**Coaching**

- Coaching is emailed to the recruiter automatically once a call is graded, without waiting for approval or requiring a manager to listen in.
- It names missed topics, suggests better open questions as before-and-after rewrites, and says plainly and specifically what the recruiter did well.
- It scores five areas: goals, trade skill, motivation, logistics, and delivery.
- Managers get a separate private copy of each coaching note.

**Team quality**

- A team quality ranking orders recruiters by the average quality of their screening, graded from screen notes.
- Each recruiter has a quality page with their weakest areas, suggested before-and-after rewrites, and their best and worst screens.

**Systems and AI**

- Live today with RingCentral. Your CRM/ATS and other VoIP phone systems are connected for each customer at setup.
- Calls are transcribed by Deepgram and read and graded by Anthropic's Claude, both U.S. companies.

Priced per recruiter, per month. Every plan is a 12-month agreement, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Every plan writes your calls up for your CRM/ATS. Coaching adds $20 per recruiter, each month.
